NH Asianwear is unable to accept Refunds or Exchanges on any item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please notify us within 24 hours upon delivery by contacting returns@nhasianwear.com quoting your order number and providing photograph evidence.

Should your request be approved, please return items with all packaging, barcode tags and labels intact. saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 7 days of confirmation.

All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will offer you an exchange and dispatch any replacement items at no additional cost.
Should you reject the exchange we will initiate a refund to you for the full cost of your product within 48 hours. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount.

After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account.

Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Please do not send items for return without contacting us for approval. These items will not be processed or refunded and you will not receive reimbursement for this error.
